About StepThru
Contractors and small trade crews do great work. A job can still end badly when the client is left wondering what happens next: no confirmation, no reminder before the visit, no thank-you afterward. Those are small misses, not bad work.
StepThru is being built to fix that. The idea is simple: the follow-ups around a job shouldn't depend on someone remembering to send them. StepThru is being built so you can set up your messages once, in your own words, and have them go out as the job moves along.
