A great job shouldn't end with the client wondering what's next.
No confirmation. No reminder. No thank-you. Small misses, not bad work. StepThru is being built to cover those moments.
Example flow. Planned default messages; you'll be able to edit the wording and timing.

Questions
What is StepThru?
StepThru is being built for contractors and small trade crews. It is designed to send your clients the follow-ups that are easy to forget: a confirmation once the job date is set, a reminder before the visit, and a thank-you after the job.
When does it launch?
Soon. We don't have a date to share yet. Join the waitlist and we'll email you about the launch.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't published yet. We'll share it when StepThru launches.
Will I be able to change the messages?
That's the plan. You'll be able to edit the wording and timing of each message, so it sounds like you.
Does StepThru ask my clients for reviews?
The planned thank-you message gives every client two options at the same time: leave a public review, or send you private feedback. StepThru is designed not to pick which clients get which option.
Will there be an app?
An iPhone app and a web version are planned, using the same account. We don't have dates for either yet.
How will my clients receive the messages?
The first version is planned to use email. We don't have anything to announce about text messages.
Who is StepThru for?
Contractors and small trade crews who do good work and don't have time to chase every client.
What happens to my email address if I join the waitlist?
We use it for launch updates, and for nothing else. You can unsubscribe any time by writing to us, and we'll remove it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
